I need the clip that holds the two small rods together for the front to back sliding movement.
Can't locate one online and parts store has no clue.
Its for a 1970 GTX and I am not even sure what the correct name for it is.

Looks like something you will need to fab in the garage. You can even get a piece of 8-32 all thread, cut it in half and attach it to each lever then use a coupling nut in the middle for adjustment.
