I went to a Small Town Car Show today. The friend that invited me and I were 2 of the 3 MoparM present. I didn't see the need to take pictures of rat rods, pickup trucks, and other (to me) non-interesting stuff. Got home and another friend sent me a message about my car looking good along with the picture that was posted.

Great color combo! Is that code E blue? White interior is a big plus. What transmission is in there?

4-speed, buddy seat. Yes the dark blue metallic.

Very nice ride! Love, that combination. White interior with that dark blue met looks killer.

There is a small car club here in Northern CA.....Rat rods. Their name? "The ROADents". Pretty clever IMO.

Yeah, I kind like the odd events, once you get past the tattoo Johnny Badass culture they are actually some pretty nice people

Quite a culture - rat rods, some clever builds but geez as ya look at the metal seats and open exhaust on some of them they ain't for any lengthy driving pleasure. Some find they have to make them even more rattier scraping off paint and such...kinda like buying pre-trashed jeans some wear with the holes already in them.

Love your color combo. I always try to go see the small town shows. Never know what you come across.

Speaking about the Rat Rod crowd, the rod below was somewhat crazy. The owners wife called it a somewhat obnoxious ride when traveling long distances.

Saw one where the intake was made from box tubing. It was a tunnel ram that stood a half a foot above the cab with a Holley sitting on top. Also used barb wire for spark plug wires. The thing purred like a kitten

How many of us older sorts have some degree of hearing loss? I have 35% in my left and about half that in my right. If only I'd a kept a set of ear plugs with me in my younger days...

Thanks for sharing Jerry

nice car too, by the way
