Would prefer a sale but may consider a trade/partial trade for a 68-70 Charger
Lynch Road built 70 V Code Runner. Per fender tag, it came with 440/6, 18 spline 833, 3.54 Dana (A33 option), manual steering, and 11" manual drum brakes. The original 440 engine is long gone and I have not been able to track it down. I do have the fender tag, a clear Kansas title, the numbers matching 18 spline transmission, and the 3.54 Dana 60. This car originally came out of Phoenix , AZ so it’s very solid for a 49 year old unrestored Mopar; the front sub frames, rear sub frames, and torsion bar crossmember are all rock solid. It does need a trunk floor pan, rear window corner patches, trunk extensions, and probably some lower quarter patches. I had the front floor pans professionally patched with AMD floor pans. I wanted to save as much of the solid original sheet metal as possible. The floor pan patches were butt welded and ground down so it looks good. The engine bay was painted FC7 and exterior was put in primer over 12 years ago, so it's not had any recent paint. The VIN tag and fender tag match the trunk gutter partial VIN stamping. The upper radiator support bar was replaced at some point so the radiator support stamp is not present. The door sticker is present but is only a partial sticker. The grill and headlight buckets are in good condition. All the glass is present. The windshield is brand new and the rest of the glass is uncracked driver quality. The door panels are pretty worn out and need replaced. I had a new pinion seal installed on the Dana and had the rearend serviced with synthetic gear oil. The manual brakes have been bled and they work fine. The instrument cluster is from a 1969 Charger and will need rebuilt/restored. The front bucket seats included are not original to the car as it was originally built with a front bench. The rear seat is from a 1969 Charger and the frame is a solid core to reupholster. The rear wheel lips have been rolled to accommodate wider tires. The wiring was removed and boxed as I was planning to replace it. The steel wheels on the car in the picture are not included. The car will come with a full set of slot mags. I do have the original pistol grip shifter handle, but not the Hurst shifter. The bell housing that came with it is included; it has been previously welded/repaired. The firewall has some small dings/scrapes just above the tunnel where it was rubbed/bumped during previous engine removal/installation. The hood structure was trimmed at the back of the hood by a previous owner to fit an air cleaner of some sort. I bought another solid hood that has not been trimmed. It will be included as well.
Parts that are not included: radiator, original engine, 6 barrel carburetors, intake manifold, air intake assembly, exhaust manifolds, exhaust, driveshaft, etc. $16,000 obo
