He had most of these in storage units here and there till about a year or so ago. His wife told him to build a building so they could enjoy them or sell them. So he built this building, but he still has a lot of stuff stored here and there. We have raced together for years, and before that we used to go to a lot of car shows. Racing is a lot more fun, so the other cars kind of get left out. I keep trying to get him to take the Jayhawker to the track and just make a few passes with it, but I don't think he ever will. You will for sure get pictures if he does.
Sorry guys, that ain't a shop. Too clean and too many nice things in it. Perhaps "China Cabinet" is a better term. Where are the tools? I see a detail cart but that's it.
Your right. his shop is just next to this building. He heats it with a wood stove with wood he cuts himself. He is putting a 70 hemi convertible together now. Is it the real deal you ask? Nope it started life as (I been told) 1 of 7 /6 cars all the #s matching stuff is still there. I am not sure what I would have done with that car, but it is not mine to decide. You may ask how do you get all that stuff. It's pretty simple, all you have to do is dance with the Devil. He owns a chrome shop and finds himself dancing with the EPA on a regular basis. Don't think I could do that.
