Sparton Hi Note Horn for 70 Bee

HI...my HI note horn died; I tried the rebuild process that I saw posted here to no avail...any thoughts? I don't think it's wiring since the Lo works when I plug it in to either of the two harness connectors. So, I am thinking I need a new one...anyone have one to sell? Thanks!!!

Here's what I have, I'm not sure if it is the correct year but it's definitely a Sparton and Hi note. Works good.
