Working on the '79 Magnum, swapped the 904 for a 500A Overdrive. For some reason we cant get the speedo working, things dont want to mesh up. In the meantime what do you think about using a GPS? Never used one but I understand they tell the speed a vehicle is going? Thanks

i sync-ed my speedos with a GPS. theyre very accurate but i cant get the thing you plug in the lighter to work on my Mopars.....weird ! ( yes the lighters both work )

Thanks for the reply, too bad you can't get the GPS to work in your Mopars. Sure like that stripe kit on the Belvedere. Nice looking car. It would be nice if we could get a GPS to work in our 79 Magnum as every time we pull the speedo cable out of the trans we have to drop the crossmember.
