Sport Fury 1964 carpet.

Planing to buy new red carpet to my Fury 1964 2 door 727/floorstick, looking
on ebay and there are many to choose from.

Anybody got any experience on this?
Would like a high quality red carpet that realy fits nicely.

8 years ago I bought a Trim Parts carpet set for my 65 Belvedre, it did not fit the contours right. I sent it back and bought a Auto Custom Carpet set, it fit the contours much better. Like I say that was 8 years ago, just my opinion.

Buy an ACC carpet set! You will have to add more padding! all the outfits cheap out on that!

Buy a ACC carpet set. I have not had any problem with their carpet. I have installed more then 20 sets and they have all fit well. I have not had to add more padding either.

retractable! I'm not saying they didn't have padding! I've installed quite a few sets myself! The original carpeting had the padding completely covering the floor pan. running from door sill to door sill! And under the rear lower seat cushion a few inches!

I have to agree with PRNDL don't buy Trim Parts carpet I got a terrible fit on the 66 Charger.

Get your ACC from this vender. http://www.stockinteriors.com/AutoCarpet.asp?Itemid=3399&MakeId=22&ModelId=349#details_box_holder I had a great experience with them,and they will discound where ACC is the manufacturer.
Request it UNtrimmed.It will go up the firewall further and the installer has plenty to cut and fit!
