Spring Brackets Detached!! What are these two items for?

Got all the shackles off, and now working on the ubolts. I’m going to turn it over and work from the top as there are a lot of threads!

Underneath it looks like the haunted mansion. What does this bracket (now in Rust911) and these two bolt holes?

those bolt holes are upper shock mounts, and that rusty pos is an exhaust hanger.

Yep about the shock bolts! I forgot that was on my shock removal pictures! Thanks!!!!
