Since I have de-tuned the stroker and redone my '65 coronet for strictly street use, the rear suspension with 456 and 457 springs leave something to be desired. The springs were awesome at the track though. Anyway, I like the way the car sits, giving me the tire clearance that I need, so I ordered another right side 456 spring to put on the left side in order to eliminate the right side bias. Has anybody done this, and if so, how did you like the results?

ss springs

i've got 2 right side springs on my 65 satellite & i'm very happy with it. still launches straight, no uneven body roll in curves, and she sits level in back. i likey

That's exactly what I was hoping. My 456 and 457 SS springs did exactly what they are designed to do.......hook, launch hard, go straight 1/4 mile at a time. Now it's time to make some turns. Thanks for the feedback.

I put two 456 SS springs in and it sits strait and rides/handles nicely!

This is how my 63 sits with the Mancini 3400 lb springs. I bought the set and it sits and handles great on these springs. Hooks up good at the track also. Ron
