Has anyone ever bought the Stage V 8V single plane intake manifold that can mount 2 holleys ( ie 1850’s). Interested in feedback.

I've had a couple of them. They're fine. The 1850's won't fit if you run a jet block on them as I recall.

Did you runs the carbs on progressive linkage or was the primaries on each carb opening at the same rate.
Reason I ask is from what I gather the passages between the plenums is to balance the vacuum signals. I figure is carbs are running progressive linkage the front carb on a cruise is just supplying fuel through idle passages. Wouldn’t the front for cylinders be running very lean?

I tried progressive and then just went 1 to 1 on them. I ran AVS' on them per Tim Bannings advice. Sorry I don't have a direct comparison on the Stage V to a stock intake and carbs as each time I did the swap I also made other changes at the same time.

Did the one to one linkage work good drivability wise
