Does anyone know what this came out of? I think it is pre-1970 because it does not have the ignition on the column. It was from many years ago and I acquired it sight unseen from eBay as a 70 floor shift steering column. I know it is not that. The length is 44 5/8 inches.

looks like a 67-69 b body manual column shift

The column is black and the top collars are green. It looks like it started out as a column shift and the green collars were added to remove the column shift. Look. 1967-1969. It has a reverse light switch on there also, that is column shift automatic only.

It is not a manual shift, only one lever at end.
