Should just be two bolts and I believe one o-ring.

Simple job, Paul--71RR was right--2 small bolts and an "O" ring.

Don't forget to source your local parts store first. I just replaced the box on my 71. It was convenient to have them down the road. Allowed me to return/replace/experiment since the return policy is easier than dealing with someone on the internet. Plus it was $112!
