Steering Wheel horn button

Hi Guys. I'm looking for help installing my horn button. I have one wire that I know connects to the one post, but I think I may be missing a part or two. Here is what I found in the baggie labelled horn. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like you're missing 1 screw. Put the washer and nut on!

I'm not sure, but you might be missing the horn adapter ring (?) Is there something on that "horn contact assembly" that will allow the horn button to lock in place with a very small clockwise twist?

Thanks guys. Nut and washer on. I guess the black cover piece just snaps in place. It’s on and works great, although I did have to unplug the horn while attempting to install it. It was driving the family crazy. Thanks for the help.
