OK I'll agree, knew it was Dodge by the center cap, but not owning, was guessing on year by the wheel being similar to 68 Plymouth. Who says your too old to learn something new? ruffcut

Not much difference between 67 and 68. I have noticed that the 67 wheels tend to be more glossy and slicker than the 68's. Honestly that's hard to tell from a picture.
 
Take the horn ring off (twist) and post up the casting number. You can look it up in the parts books that way
