My steering wheel has started to make noise. It's power steering and feels normal regarding that, but makes scratchy noise at the column, near where the steering wheel connects. You can kind of feel it to, like something is wearing out. Is there a bearing in there or something to replace?
thanks

Horn works. I replaced the turn signal switch last fall summer.

I think I have a bad bearing in mine as well, high pitch squeak noise when turning the wheel. Removed the wheel to verify it wasn't the horn roller already ...

My 70 had that noise.

I finally removed the tuff wheel can and although I didn't see anything fall out, when I put it back together, the noise was gone.

Self cancel tab broke off and is going around.. or the wire off the turn switch part itself...

My turn signal cam is fine and everything works electrically. Definitely has a metal on metal sound
