Steering Wheel Questions '68 GTX

Here is what I believe to be the original / correct steering wheel and horn ring / trim piece for my '68 GTX. 2 questions:

#1 What does the correct horn button look like for a GTX? Looking on ebay it seems there are a few varieties. Mine is missing.

#2 I'm trying to under stand the economics of having the pop metal trim piece refinished vs replaced. Any guess approximately what it will cost to have that piece refinished?

Here is one for sale for a 67 Plymouth on this site. Looks identical to yours. Not sure if the center piece is correct.

This is the correct center cap for a '68 GTX with a standard wheel.

Yep, except that's a Dodge wheel you have pictured. The horn button is the same, but the center cap is different on a Plymouth.
