I have a 62 Savoy with a Grant 3 bolt wheel, want to convert to quick disconnect for ease of getting in and out of race car (old-flex issues)! Looking for plug and play options!!! Thanks
Gary

I have a quick disconnect on my car.... but it was there when I bought it.
I have no idea what brand, and I'm pretty sure it's an aftermarket column.
I'm assuming you want one for a stock Mopar column.

I can get pics of mine, if they'd help.

Get a NRG. If I had known about t hese it would've been the one I used. Installed a few for customers. They are available at Summit and Amazon 2 parts needed. The release assy (NRG 2.5 Quick-Releases SRK-250BK) and the adapter (NRG-SRK-170H). They have few different release styles. My 64 has had a removable wheel since it was built. I love it. My sons car has swing out bar. It's tougher to get into than mine.

I've got a swing out bar, a wheel disconnect, and a flat bottom steering wheel. (It's a LITTLE car, and I'm 6'3"). And an aftermarket column.
I'd go with Doug's recommendation, if I was you.

I have a swing out bar as well! I will check out the NRG release, and get back to you!

It's a nice release and adaptor -looks like I don't have to gut my turn signal switch - retaining them/ brake lights/ back-up lights/ and headlights for a little Neiborhood excitement!!!

Pulled the trigger on the NRG quick release today from Summit - going to make an adaptor plate for the Grant wheel!
