Steering wheel restoration

I just bought a 67 recall steering wheel on ebay, does anyone have a recommendation for a shop that can completely restore one of these. Chrome plating, plastic wood repair, re dying the horn button etc etc.

Theres a guy who sells restored wheels that he restores on ebay...can't recall his name right now. Go to Vintage car and truck parts.
