steering wheel, what does it fit.

can any one hep me ID this steering wheel, i got it along with a garage full of parts and i have no idea what if fits,
it is also for sale if anyone needs it and wants to make an offer just drop me a note and offer.
BTW it is near perfect, no cracks or scratches...
