still looking for differences in 66/67 Charger Dash Harnesses

Is there a way to tell a 66 harness from a 67?

They use different tachs.
So I'm thinking that would be the a way since the wire may be different.
Here's what is in my 67 factory manual.
Compare that to what you have maybe.
P4 is listed as dark blue with tracer.
T11 is grey with tracer.
T13 is dark blue with tracer

IIRC, they went to standard illumination for the radio (a bulb) in 67? 66 was Electroluminescent.

Voltage limiter is built into the gas gauge on 66 while is outside on 67 as far I recall. That should make a difference on wiring I guess
