Went through the forest today and saw some strange speed limit signs. Why not 15 or 25 or 30 ?

Yup....the odd stuff makes you look at it. We get used to seeing the same old stuff day in and day out that we just kind of ignore it.

Yeah, a company I had done work for had meeting times set as 9:05, 2:10, etc. Suggested refining to 9:07 and 2:13…well I found it amusing anyway..

No pic for ya but out in the shop somewhere I have a 5-1/2 MPH speed limit sign from a tomtato processing plant I did a lot of work for....5-1/2 mph WTF!

Most speedometers don't even register 5 mph lol

Yeah...let alone 1/2mph increments! I always thought it was funny that's why I grabbed a sign off one of the gates when it was announced they were shutting the plant down.

Likely referring to farm tractors hauling loads of tomatoes. Older tractors dont have speedometers but a tach.
Our 80's MF 275 could do a top speedof about 12mph
Newer MF can do the 30mph
Never tried to find a speed of the Oliver 77, but it likely feels like your flyin at 10mph ;-)

I think the top speed on my Oliver 550 is 15-18 mph but with the water in the rear tires it gets to bouncing at that speed so I never go above 8.

I remember seeing some 18 MPH USAF base speed limit signs.
