Substitute for 103 bumper jack hook ?

70 Road Runner. According to Nicks Garage, the correct jack hook is 2931103. I need one but can't find it anywhere. Is there another hook that would work on my bumper ? I don't care about having the correct number. Just want to be able to lift the car. Thanks, Rocket
