Superbird radio options?

I had someone tell me recently that Superbirds were not available with AM 8 track radio option. Thought this didn't seem right. Were only am or am/fm radios offered in the SB?

I’d think if you wanted it why not, it’s a base road runner but will start looking closer at these cars and Daytonas

I dont think you could get a rear speaker in one. But am not aware of radio restrictions?????


Thats said, Wasnt rear speaker part of the AM -8track option ???????? If so, might have something to do with it

Rear speaker was optional on all 3 radios types.

My 70 Road Runner Convt is an AM/8-track car, with no place to put a rear speaker (fyi)
