So I went to go swap out my auto brake pedal assembly with the manual brake clutch assembly today in my 65 coronet and noticed that the studs on the brace for the clutch pedal do not line up with the holes in the firewall. Is this suppose to be a simple unbolt-boltin process. The setup is from a donor 65 Satellite. Is there anything else to watch out for modification wise with the swap? I got everything from the donor car to do the swap. Any help would be much appreciated.

If I remember correctly, when I did my '65, there was at least one hole that I had to drill but it was obviousl where it went because of an indentation in the firewall. Hope this helps.
