Semi Pro Bowler
Had a great time at the spring swapmeet and show at Raceway Park in Etown NJ. The swapmeet has been dwindling for years (some of us think it's the forum classifieds and ebay that are killing it), but the show was great. Several very nice MOPARS in attendance.
At the top of my list was a Superbird and a 65 Belvedere 1. The 65 was a A990 clone that was sporting a real deal RACE HEMI (#12). He bought the race hemi from a guy's collection complete minus waterpump and exhaust manifolds. He replaced the rotating assembly with a stroker crank and slightly lower compression pistons. Now it's at 11.5:1 and somewhere north of 470 ci. Best part is he drives it and RACES it, though gently. He regularly makes passes in the 12.0's but says it really is a high 10 sec car (though he doesn't seem like he plans to find out for sure.) My dad and I talked his ear off for a while, real nice guy.
For some reason, the Superbird pic was corrupted, so it won't load. Ah well, it was a purdy burdy.
Here are the rest of the mopar family present...

Here are a few more, for some reason 4-5 pictures won't post, so I have some tinkering to do...

Ok, got the Superbird pic to load plus a few more. A pair of nice 68 Roadrunners, a 70, and even a 72 long roof.
