Hey guys and gals
Is paint thinner the way to remove the black paint on the tail panel and the grey paint on the grill/ headlight bezels of my coronet 440? I'm having the anodizing removed then having them straightened/polished. Thanks. Erik.

For tail panels, oven cleaner works, won't damage the finish beneath as long as you keep rinsing.

Use the blue Easy Off. It sometimes takes awhile, but won't damage the plastic.

I used carb cleaner on my road runner took the paint rite off and did not hurt the finish

Brake fluid for the plastic, it will not harm it and the paint will come right off.

X2 5.7, brake fluid is awesome paint remover and won't harm plastics.
