WTB Tan coat hook

I have a 69 Roadrunner with tan interior. I am missing the right side coat hook cover. I would like to have an original. I also need the inside rear window trim, also in tan, as my left side is in bad shape.

Just a thought,
It might be easier looking for the parts in any color and spraying them with Herbs interior paint, which is designed for that adhesion.
