Testing a 68 Rallye Guage Cluster

Does anyone have a testing procedure for a 68 rallye Cluster out of a Charger? I thought I seen one on here with 2 batteries and certain resistance etc. But for the life of me I can't find it. Please help.

For testing he uses a 5v source and a switch with 10/25/75 ohm resistances
