Well took me a while for verification but finially came thru. I have been a Chevy guy all my life ( No Hating!!!) but recently ran into something I couldn't pass up. A 1966 Coronet 440 2 door for $200 bucks!!!! Just a roller but no rust thru and seems like a pretty solid car. Going to be a learning experience for me. Guess you can call it a old dog learning new tricks. Anyway thanks for letting me in. I will be picking everyone's brains starting on this new adventure.

Welcome from NY.
Cool find.
Likely originally had a 318 A "Polyshere" V-8.
There are many 66-67 fans on this site, you will get lots of help (and probably too many opinions).
Keep us posted.

Welcome to the converted! I started off way back when, as a Ford guy.

Hit Ebay ASAP for some of the cheap trim stuff I've seen on there recently for the 66.

Welcome! Glad to hear you have seen the error of your ways. :D

Beware, everything, every screw, bolt and gasket will be 2-3 times the cost of a Chevy.

Regardless, great deal, I love 66 'nets! Glad to have ya.

Thanks guys for the welcome. Lots to learn. Quick question. Guy at work told me suspension and steering is complete garbage. Any truth to that or it just a 60's series car?

Welcome from Indiana. “Guy at work” is a complete imbecile. Torsion bars won’t take your head off when they come out.

Wonderful car and my favorite year also the 68's. The membership on here know these things inside and out. congrats.

Welcome aboard from NJ. Best of luck with your new toy!:)

Welcome from PA.

Like all old muscle cars, they will have positives and negatives. Parts are harder to find, so don't expect to find stuff like you would for a 69 Camaro. BUT, way cooler (in my opinion) when you drive one to a show or wherever. Always more appreciated and a bit different!

Now that you are a mopar guy you will find out the lap belts are for Chevy's and Ford's. True muscle you'll be strapped in. Have fun and welcome.

Welcome from Missouri!! Nice car!!
