I was a Bruce Lee fan in the 70s and have been watching martial artists beat the crap out of each other in the movies ever since. Lately, I've been watching these Art of Action interviews and find them very interesting. Each one begins with Scott Adkins asking the guest to give a brief history of their martial arts beginning and training. The discussion proceeds with Scott and his guest talking about scenes from their movies, the training that went on, injuries, etc.

The channel also has a lot of action movie trailers and workout tips.

If you think "Kung Fu" movies are hokey then this channel is not for you. But, if you're a die hard action movie fan then you'll enjoy watching your heroes reminisce about the past.

Not a watcher of martial arts movies. A quote in Enter the Dragon sticks. Guy showing off breaking boards, Bruce Lee says to him "Boards don't hit back". Liked that one.

Interesting if you can find the clips. Chuck Norris talks about Bruce Lee and filming Enter the Dragon. I guess it’s common knowledge but they were pretty good friends.

Bruce, Chuck, Jackie Chan, they are the real deal. Most are. What happened on film can be silly though.

As far as I know that was a real fight, they really punch each other, and yes they were good friends.

I will say this...Jackie Chan's choreographed fight scenes are some of the best of all time. I crack up laughing every time, even going back to his older movies. Here's a good one--
(start watching at about 1:20)

Jet Li, he damn good too!

Donnie Yen in IP Man movies is really worth watching. I also grew up during the Jackie Chan era and always admired how JC did his own stunts. IP Man is def. a must watch of you’re into martial arts movies. He was Bruce Lee’s trainer (and, that’s somewhat the premise behind the movies).
