Nice place, how much land do you have?

It's only about 22 acres. I didn't show the Motocross track on the east side. We haven't used that much lately. My mom lives there. She's 94 and in good health, but I help her quite a bit. My plan is to buy it after she passes. I'd like to keep it in the family. It's kind of a hotel for out of state family and their guests. Lot's of cool stuff I haven't shown. 3 Dirt bikes. You saw the Kubota. There's a car trailer and a nice single axle trailer. I'd like to run some cattle on it in the summer. Mowing it takes all summer. Maybe get some horses from the horse adoption program. Horses go at auction for about $150. I was raised as a cowboy. Hated it then but it would be a fun hobby now. I really want some buffalo but I can't afford the fencing. Enough firewood to last a lifetime. Developers are building million+ houses on all sides of it now.

They stopped the Black Forest Fire on our land in 2013. The grass burned in the pasture but the green yard saved the house. We carry bigtime insurance. The helicopters were landing on our pastures. We lost like two or three trees.

No we didn't get any government assistance.
