Grew up (somewhat) in 'T' town and been to Brockton many times but way before I got into cars.....

I hauled casting compound to a foundry in that town for a couple months after I lost my corporate gig and went back on the truck. Small world.

Went back there in 69 in the middle of August and everyone was trying to survive the heat and sweating badly and the temp was refreshing to me. They couldn't understand lol....haven't been back since.

Wasn't very impressed with the place after being here in 'the prairie' for 5 years. Houston wasn't all too far away back then but liked it out here and am still here. Not much prairie out here anymore though.
