The Under 10K for sale thread

It's been suggested to have a forum for cars for sale under 10K.

A thread is the next best thing.

I propose we post only:

craigslist ads with a 10K asking price or less

ebay listings with a BIN price of 10K or less

not listings with a current bid of 10

Looks fairly solid but those wheels have to go.

That car was for sale here in a town north of me. They wanted 1400 bucks for it. Might have been 2k.. Hell i look at so many cant remember..

1970 Dodge Sweptline longbed. Slant 6 with a 3sp manual. The truck will run off a fuel can. Truck needs some brake work to be a driver but comes with brake lines. Two solid weekends could make this a good patina driver. Doors and exhaust pictured do not come with the truck. They can be included for an additional price.

i like your idea,but may i suggest you raise the limits to 15k??
i can find all sorts of projects for under ten grand,
but actual driver projects usually range from 11k to 15.

heres an example.
first car is typical beater,needs everything,1000 obo
second is mostly complete,firm at 11,500

Just an FYI the 440 would not be original in a 66 even though the seller is trying to indicate that it is.

Not the way I'd have phrased it, but a casting date of 1966 is entirely possible for a C body or early 67 car.

Looks like a relatively clean and straight car.
