When I was kid my Grandfather would pick me up at school in his new 75 New Yorker a couple times a week. I can still remember sitting in the button leather seats with no seat belts on of course. He was in his late sixes. He always had Frank Sinatra or Dean Martin playing on the eight track. I was never a big fan of Frank but some how this song fit the big New Yorker. The car was red with white interior Man he loved that car. He was a life long Chrysler man. Even in 1975 he was still wearing black hats and usually had a unlit cigar in his mouth. I was to young to realize how much style the old guy had. I'm not so sure life has improved for most people since than. "That's life" was one of his favorites

That's a damn good song. I hope Sinatra has grown on you through the years. Thanks for sharin that.

I like both frank and dean. Always enjoyed the dean martin show when he sang.

I always liked Dean too....a little Dean trivia. Did you know when he was on stage, he almost always had a drink in his hand? He always acted drunk. It was actually Martini's apple juice.

Rat Pack baby....
