Actually he doesn't look like Joe. I met him and Gary Busey at a Ringo Starr pre-party hosted by KLOS in the late 90s in north Hollywood. He was wearing leather banana yellow pants and said "How ya doin?" Gary monopolized the entire rest of the conversation (I could barely get a word in) ... until my boyfriend came back from the bathroom. Unforgettable memory!
