I would post some pics of Steelers cheerleaders, but we don't have any. Actually, we were the first NFL team to have cheerleaders (they were really cheerleaders from the University of Pittsburgh who changed uniforms on Sundays), but Mr. Rooney did away with them exactly one year before the Dallas Cowboys formed the Cowgirls squad and changed everything.

I guess I'm kinda spoiled by NFL cheerleaders. You just seem to see a lot of them who would be awesome babes anywhere else, but in that role look like an average gal wearing way too much makeup. I guess they got hired for their dancing skills.

Bruzilla I think your right, but the body image plays a big part also, but dancing & the skills to stay in time with the group & a nice tight body, nice hair, probably good make up skills &/or skimpy uniform doesn't hurt either, some are actually just average normal girls/women, in the high 7's at best & look like 9's or 10's {in a 1-10 ranking system}, especially when in your teams colors, skimpy uniform &/or after a few beers...LOL...
