...7500 above sea level. Looks like these were packaged in Des Moines, IA. If you go much higher they explode. It would always take some getting used to as you cross the continental divide on a ski trip and your food was exploding in the rear of the car.

It's funny the Pringles lids won't stay on due to the foil seal bulged out, so at the stores, they have them stacked next to the cans.
 
That K&G logo on the chips stands for our 7-11 type stores called Kum and Go. I know it sounds disgusting but they are really nice convenience stores.
 
When I moved going from 5000' down to about 900" elevation, all my vehicles tires lost over 20 psi of air. You should see what the surgical glove hanging from the ceiling does when you go on a altitude chamber ride! Just sayin
 
It is known as Boyle's Law which 69a100 and I learned while going the Altitude Chamber for our USAF career fields. Ski and others also. It causes trapped gas to expand as one gains altitude. It causes serious farting too!!! Man the smell in those chambers after the ride was worse than a **** wagon!!! cr8crshr/Bill:usflag::usflag::usflag:

Try a bag of Cheetos in the back seat of a non pressurized Cessna 210.
Forgot to poke a hole in it, it made it to about 11,500 feet before the blowout.
 
Anytime I take the race car out of town, its always a lower elevation 1st thing I do after unloading the car is reset the float level.
