1964 Dodge B body 4 speed,440 engine. I have a hi-riser intake with a 1" spacer below the 4150 Holley carb. Now the throttle cable is to short. Any idea's on what to use other than an expensive "lokcar" (sp) throttle cable kit? Thanks for any input.....................MO

You could get a longer throttle cable from a different model or truck.
Usually I cut the throttle cable bracket and weld in some strap to make it taller.

You could use the Lokar cable and bracket like I did on my 63 Sport Fury. It works real nice for me. Ron

Had to get a different throttle cable as well because of my Indy intake. Using a throttle cable from a slant six car because of its extra length. Works great. Bought it off FBBO member Moparparts. Pretty cheap (like $10-15 bucks if I remember correctly), and a really good guy to deal with. Good luck.
