Sure thing most of the time you can get it seated most of the way on by wiggling the wheel back and fourth as you push it on then just use the nut as long as you have enough threads.
Not sure about the torque I usually just get it tight and call it good.
Any chance someone would know what size nut that is for the steering wheel? I just got a 70 satellite but no nut to put the steering wheel back on. any help would be great.
