My local VatoZone lists a bunch of different part numbers for inner axle seals on my '69 Road Runner with an 8-3/4" rear :icon_confused: (I thought there was only one size?)

Anyone have the correct universal or Timken PN?

Thanks for the info

Question:

Would I be able to remove them using one of these?

My slide pullers are buried in my shed and I'd rather not go digging for them if I don't have to

Use the end of the axle just like a pry bar works great.

Yeah, that's how I usually pull the Ford seals, but thought it might not be as easy with the Chrysler rear since the seals are deep in the tubes rather than flush at the ends.

Anyways, I left the old seals in place until I finish breaking in the new gears.

When I change the oil next weekend, I'll replace the seals.
