Tinted glass

I have a 68 Charger with factory tinted glass. And it is tinted. Only two pieces of glass in the car have an etching that indicates tinted glass. The windshield and the drivers door glass. All the date codes are correct except for the left quarter glass which is 29. Is this a common thing or is something definitely amiss here? Thank you everybody in advance.

Usually AC cars had tinted glass. And all glass was tinted I believe.

It is not an AC car. The build sheet shows 521 for the tinted glass.
