Tire code U84

The BS code on my Superbird for the tires is U84 . F60 x 15 raised white letters polyglas. Question is , is the tire sized called out on the tire ? Or not? build date 11/30/69.

Yes they are on the tire. Original spare in my bird. Reproductions are available.

Looks like I have the correct , dated and original spare tire. But I have the wrong scissor jack handle. Does anyone know the correct part numbered handle? Was told it was out of a 69/70 Pickup? Where there different lenghts?
