I read alot about adding torque boxes to drag cars and really high h/p cars. What about your basic driver with a street oriented build of 450 HP give or take a few? Should they be added or is it not enough power to wory about them?

Maybe not necessary but its Cheap insurance and stiffens the car up. necessary when you start talking about sticky tires, and hard launches.

I weld 1 1/2" x 2 1/2" tubing frame connectors in all my cars. Did put torque boxes in my Charger, although I believe the connectors are way more bang for your buck.

If you don't want the frame connectors, at least do the boxes.....
