Torsion Bars

Can someone explain the torsion bars to me, on my ford i could crank them up and down, on my 63 Dodge i cant find anywhere to raise or lower them, i need to lower them its like they all the way up. thanks

Under the lower control arm is a bolt, tighten it to raise, loosen to lower. Real simple when you see it.

They're usually pretty hard to turn so make sure you soak them down with penetrating oil before you try to turn them!
