The NAPA store down the street from me mixes up paint and puts it in a spray bomb for about $20.00 Really nice match up,any color. You should have the same service around Michigan.
Your local automotive paint supply store should be able to use their color matching machine for your body. Most will be able to supply you with either a touchup bottle, spray can, or by the pint/quart. You may be able to avoid bringing the car down if need be as long as you have an area to test at least the size of a quarter. As far as engine paint, is it a MOPAR factory color or custom? Mopar makes factory colored paint in a spray can or by the pint/quart. Eastwood sells them as well. If it's custom, they may be able to match that as well. Don't know if they can mix a high temp paint with that or not where you would go, but the one here will.
Or try Napa, the do not do that at our local Napa, but it is worth a shot if you have a local Napa much closer than an Automotive Paint Supply store.
I would be more apt to utilizing a more specialized store like an automotive paint supplier, but that is just my prefference.
