I am getting ready to install a reproduction 4 speed shifter tunnel in my early B. I would like to get it placed in exactly the right spot before welding. Anybody have pictures or measurements to help?

:icon_axe:Dodge 330/gy3 and any other screen names you might be known by,please leave your jealous/hater attitude in the coat check room.It might work for you in other forums, but it WON'T WORK HERE:icon_rambo:What difference is it to you where SSR cares to lurk. There are LOTS of people from over there that lurk over here and the same goes for many members that don't bother posting over there because they are not in the "clique",More than you know are now members here, FABO & FEBO and much more comfy due to the easy atmosphere here. You started a thread askin' about the holes in your hood, who gave you the answer??Play nice dude,or just stay over there:icon_hang::icon_hang:

Wow, ONE post about obnoxiously large pics and you guys get all butt hurt.

No jealous/hater attitude here, merely an observation. ONE OBSERVATION!

The only reason I'm not GY3 over here is I sold that car a few years ago and have moved on. Didn't figure it necessary to change my name over there.

I would've hoped that my avatar being the SAME as over there would've clued people in but obviously I'm trying to be sneaky and hide....whatever...

As far as being part of the Moparts "clique", that's a laugh! I probably get more posts deleted and been "put on vacation" more than the both of you put together!

*shakes head*

Hitit, glad you posted some pics to help answer the question wedgie had. How the hell did this get off topic???

Thanks for the pics. Hopefully, I can locate the repop shifter tunnel properly now. Darn 4 speed is a bunch bigger than the 3 speed. How do you like the dynamat type sound proofing?

Ebay has them all day long.

5.7 I think he meant locate the shifter hump that he already has on the floor, but I could be wrong... and if so brewers sells them too - http://brewersperformance.com/proddetail.asp?prod=FT185

The dynamat type stuff is nice, seems to do a good job. The product I used is called FatMat and you can get it on eBay. It was $160 for a 100sq/ft roll and I used every bit of it for my floor, inner cowl, inner doors. FatMat is super sticky and probably best to put on during a warm day. The only downside is that certain holes for fasteners get covered up and harder to install stuff on. You have to cut it out of the way, and if you don't get it all removed the bolt threads that you stick through the sheetmetal will get a nice coating of greasy tar adhesive on it. But overall I'm glad I put it in my car, it makes it nice and solid and quiet.
