I put a new trans pan gasket felpro in 727 and it leaks and it leaked with old gasket, its a aluminum deep pan I checked rails and they are straight does any one use any type of sealer on gasket?

Could try perma orange high temp sealer just don't glob it on. Nice thin layer on the trans side then install pan with gasket.

727 pans love to leak. Biggest reason why, people over torque the bolts. Obviously you're gonna need to drop the pan again and enjoy the showering mess of tranny fluid down your arms. Once the pan is off, I'd take some 400-500 grit on a block, or a 3M scuff pad, run it over the inside lip on the pan, and if the metal around the top of the bolt holes gets shiny quite a bit before the rest of the metal, your pans warped at the holes. Either try to sand down flush again, and or use a hammer & dolly to get straight, or buy a new pan (they make them with an incorporated magnetic drain pin these days...kinda nice). Yours being aluminum, I would guess it being warped, but worth a look. Anyways, Mopar makes a nice composite gasket that works real nice. Myself, I use a very thin layer of 3M black weatherstip glue on the pan side (basically to hold gasket in place) and the torque to factory spec. Like mentioned, very light...don't have the in/lbs off hand. Good luck.
