Hi folks! Does anyone have any pictures of this? Before buying it, I wanted to see how it was done, and if it's worth it. Thanks in advance!

Lid works great. Turn the springs down to the lowest setting. Installing the lock needs some creativity. The fiberglass is too thick to use the standard retaining fork clip. The grooves in the cylinder are covered by the fiberglass. Don’t think that it is unbox and paint. There is as much prep work as in a typical repaint on a good condition lid.

Also note, I deleted a bunch of trim on this 440 for this build. The low trunk lid trim may require some fiberglass thinning as again, the lip is thicker than the steel and the trim will not spread a ton.
