Hello,

My tuff steering wheel needs to be restored. The foam rubber padding slides around the metal frame, and there is a little chunk of foam rubber missing from the top windshield side. finally, I want it leather wrapped.

Should I, is it possible to cut a line on the backside, take all the form rim rubber off, gorilla glue it back on, and then buy one of those leather steering wheel wrap kits off ebay, and thread it together myself?
Or..

Or.... is there a board member who restores tuff wheels, or another lead?
thanks!

How much material is missing?

There is a mold parting mark back there, about 1/8 inch, and people tend to dig them out a bit.

For the looseness, you can inject some super glue with a syringe, and if placed well, will tighten it up.

Pro rest is gonna cost.

More than a repro wheel.
