My 72 charger has been having an issue when I have all the lights on in the car the turn signal when activated blinks extremely slow as if the car isnt getting enough juice. When you rev the car it blinks a little faster but not as fast as when the lights arnt on. Figuring there is an electrical issue causing this. Any ideas?

First check that all signals are in working order....Brake light also... A bad bulb can cause slow blinker...Check your grounds. Is the regulator grounded?........Check the bulkhead connector & clean it.... Loose connections, & corrosion ....

Mopar alternators don't charge very well at idle, even worse when lights & heater are on...mine does the same thing, and I have double checked everything...you can try a smaller pulley on alt, it may help. But it's basically something we live with

replace flasher with one for variable load that stays at a constant rate

Check your grounds, I had the same problem, my left rear tail light wasn't grounded, worked fine when lights were off, blinked slow when light were on.

Good luck!

Make sure the grounding strap on the column mount is good and the H/L switch is mounted good and tight.

Does it speed up when you aren't at idle?
If so, pretty normal as some have said.
Your "flasher" works by heating up and opening the circuit on current draw.
Sometimes the wrong bulb(s) which draw insufficient current can make it open up slowly. A higher wattage bulb may be in order.
Have you changed any bulb recently?
Or I think someone mentioned looking at a connection.
